This is a boron based material that when applied to wood acts as a permanent wood preservative when not exposed to water. It kills termites, powderpost beetles, old house borers and wood decaying fungi. Odorless, very safe, use inside and outside. One gallon of concentrate makes two or more gallons of finished spray.
